Everybody’s Theater Company presents a cabaret that subverts traditional casting, letting performers sing numbers from roles they’d never be able to play onstage!

CAST

 

NICOLETTE ADAMS is so excited to be making her ETC debut in this Miscast Cabaret! Recent acting credits include Rosemary in How to Succeed… (MCT) and The Ghost of Christmas Yet-to-Be in A Christmas Carol (Steel River Playhouse). She was also the extremely proud director of MCT’s Big Fish last summer. Love to Lindsay (you’re the best!), Jude, and Rosalyn!

MARK AYERS was very proud to bring Dr.  FREDRICK Frankenstein TO LIFE in ETC’s Young Frankestein. Mark has also appeared in most of ETC’s cabarets. 

KEITH BEECHAM has appeared in ETC’s Children of Eden (Father), Freaky Friday (Dr. Ehrin), and Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (Judge Turpin), as well as many of our cabarets. 

ANGELA BLEEMER has taken an active part in several ETC productions in various roles. She has worked as a performer in the Murder Mysteries, One-Acts, Cabarets and full scale productions as well as behind the scenes doing costumes for the holiday productions. Angela also workshopped the original production of Kentucky Lemonade with ETC. She is so thrilled to once again be a part of the Miscast Cabaret!

NATHALIE DAZIEL is thrilled to be joining ETC! She has performed with the Philly Opera, Opera Delaware, Trenton’s Boheme Opera, NYC’s Blue Hill Troupe and the Walnut Street Theatre. She has also self-produced a number of solo cabarets both in NYC and Philly. She’s hoping “you’ll be back” at ETC for more great theater!

SARAH FOLSOM-KOVARIK, a native of Tallahassee, FL, completed her bachelor’s in music at Florida State. She sings with The Choristers, Bucks County Choral Society, and The Philadelphia Chorus, where she is often a featured soloist. Sarah performs theatrically with the Savoy Company, Methacton Community Theater, and Bucks County G&S, with which she will perform this July in The Mikado.

MELANIE FRY is excited for her first performance with ETC. Previous experience includes acting, singing, directing, and theater tech with the Misericordia Players at Misericordia University (Dallas, PA).

ROBYNNE GRAFFAM is a teacher and writer who has been performing with ETC in its various incarnations since 2000, appearing in Guys and Dolls, Fiddler on the Roof, Anything Goes, cabarets and evenings of one-acts, and even one memorable performance as half of a very unlikely pair of twins! She’s delighted to be back on stage with her ETC friends.

GEORGETTE HAMATY was most recently seen on ETC’s stage as Marilyn in Julie Zaffarano’s Kentucky Lemonade.  Georgette’s first ETC show was Young Frankenstein, and she’s appeared in cabarets throughout the area.  She’s also played Princess Badroulbador in Disenchanted; Bellomy in The Fantasticks; and Sister Mary Theresa in Sister Act. When not having a blast on stage, Georgette can be found happily working at WHYY. Georgette is deeply appreciative of the loving support of her husband George, daughter Alex, and dog Finn.

EMMA HEARN, originally from Lower Gwynedd, pursued a BFA in Musical Theatre at Texas State University and has worked as a professional actor across the country. Most notably, she was in the Broadway National Tour of Cats and in the Original Broadway Cast of Diana: The Musical, where she understudied Princess Diana. Most recently, Emma teaches Performing Arts in the Middle and Upper School at her alma mater, Germantown Academy.

JILL KLOCK is thrilled to be getting back into her passion of singing and musical theater. She has not performed much since graduating high school where she enjoyed such roles as Marty in Grease and Maud in the The Music Man. Her son Connor has loved his time working with ETC, so Jill decided to get back into it. Her first Cabaret was during the Pandemic over Zoom, so this is her first time returning to the actual stage in many years. She is so excited to have this opportunity.

SARAH LEAKEY has been a part of Everybody’s Theater Company since 2016 and is an alumni of UDHS. Sarah serves as Vice President on the ETC board. She loves to perform at other theaters in the area, as well as helping in multiple productions for ETC throughout the year. When she is not doing theater in her free time she loves photography and works as a preschool teacher for KinderCare in Hatboro!

LOGAN BARRIE PRING was last seen in ETC’s production of Freaky Friday as Katherine Blake.  She was the costume designer on ETC’s children’s production of Frozen Jr. and she often performs in ETC’s cabarets. Logan is a graduate of Villanova’s Master of Arts in theatre program and is currently directing Sandy Run Middle School’s production of The Addams Family.

 

ANDREW RIFKIN has been a part of Everybody’s Theater Company since its very first production in 2014. He’s played Mal Bieneke in The Addams Family, Victor Frankenstein in Young Frankenstein, and graced ETC’s stage in many cabarets and musicals. A regular in Temple Sinai Players’ productions as well, Andrew will be appearing in their Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat from March 1 through 5. 

JULIE RYAN is sooo excited to be back on stage for the first time since 2021!! Jules is currently a senior at Temple and will be graduating in Fall of 2023. Previous shows with ETC include Children of Eden (Snake), Frozen Jr. (Anna), and the Showstoppers Cabaret. She would like to thank her wonderful girlfriend Emma for encouraging her to perform again:-) xoxo

GINA MARIE SCHWOERER  is happy to be performing again with Everybody’s Theater Company! Previously with ETC, she was in the ensemble in Sweeney Todd, played the role of Belle in A Christmas Carol Radio Play, and has performed in their various cabarets. Her most recent roles include Squeaky Fromme in Assassins at Footlighters Theater, and Sandy Cheeks in The Spongebob Musical at Footlighters. When she’s not performing, she plays the role of a preschool teacher in Philly. Enjoy the show! 🙂

ANDREW SHEPARD’s  performance in Miscast marks his debut with Everybody’s Theater Company, and he’s thrilled to be singing “Astonishing” because Jo March is one of his dream gender-bent roles! Andrew’s been performing in the Philadelphia area since 2018. This season he is also in the ensemble of the musical 9 to 5 at Jenkintown Music Theatre.

LEAH SIROTA is so thankful for ETC – she has been a part of ETC shows since the beginning (2014) when she was just 9 years old. Favorite ETC roles included Sally in A Charlie Brown Christmas, Oaken in Frozen, and Aphra in Children of Eden. At Burn Brae Day Camp, where Leah is now a theater counselor, she enjoyed playing many different roles over the years such as Fiona in Shrek, Miss Dorothy in Thoroughly Modern Millie, and Annie in Annie. She is also a stage manager at Upper Dublin High School. 

KAYLA SMULL is excited to be making her ETC debut! She has performed with several theatres in the area, including Town and Country Players, Playcrafters of Skippack, and MCT, where she’s in their upcoming production of First Date. Thank you to the production team for this opportunity and her family and friends for their love and support, especially her husband Matt.

PATRICK SUTTON has been performing in local theatres and cabarets in and around the Delaware Valley since 2006. He first collaborated with ETC in 2018, where he played Sweeney Todd in their production of the show. His most recent project was at Footlighters in Berwyn, PA, where he played John Wilkes Booth in their production of Assassins. Patrick is happy to be reunited with his ETC family, and looks forward to more collaborations in the future.

JUDY THALHEIMER is excited to be appearing in her fifth ETC cabaret. Some of her favorite roles in non-cabaret ETC productions include Audrey in Julie Zaffarano’s Kentucky Lemonade, Heidi Heine in Murder at the Bingo Hall, May Day in Murder at Sin City Rest Home, and Maryanne in Turkey Baby. She would like to thank Debbie and David for getting her back into singing and her husband, Jeff, for encouraging her to do what she loves.

REBECCA THORNBURGH is super thrilled to be with ETC for the first time. Her singing debut was at age four with the Cherub Choir. In more recent days, Rebecca has sung classic major works and edgy experimental commissions with Mendelssohn Chorus of Philadelphia, and lots of blues and ballads as lead singer with the band Reckless Amateurs. Rebecca writes and illustrates books (and other stuff) for kids. 

BECKY TOLL is glad to be participating in an ETC cabaret for the 5th time! She loves to support Everybody’s Theater Company, especially by working the front of house. Currently, Becky is volunteering her time working with our Kids Sing Broadway youth cabaret. After teaching first graders all day, Becky likes to relax with her cute dog Bagel.

MEG VANDEGRIFT is a singer and voice teacher who lives in Ambler. She has a master’s in classical voice, and has been a soloist with Independence Symphonia, as well as a church and synagogue soloist. She is a mother to three boys, and is very excited to be making her ETC debut!

ICARUS VARADY is about to get their associate’s degree at Montgomery County Community College in theater arts! They’re so excited to get a chance to sing for an audience after focusing on acting for a while. In the past, they’ve played Ariel in The Little Mermaid and Bottom in A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

ANASTASIA WEGGEL has had a passion for theater since her first show South Pacific in 2011 with Jenkintown Music Theater. Since then Ana has expanded her work throughout high school and in four ETC productions including Young Frankenstein, Sweeney Todd, Freaky Friday, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She is so happy to be back on stage with such a talented group!

STU WEITZ is happy to be back with Everybody’s Theater Company as a performer! Stu has performed in many of ETC’s murder mysteries and nearly all of their cabarets. Stu is a big band singer who loves Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis, Jr. and Steve Lawrence.

GEMINI ZAJAC moved to Philadelphia last spring to pursue her acting career. Currently, she’s a performer at Sesame Place theme park. Gemini graduated from University at Buffalo with a degree in Theatre and Performance. Gemini is also an artist and a micro influencer on Tik Tok where she cosplays her favorite anime and cartoon characters.

LINDSEY ZIMMERMAN has been performing in local community theater for the past 10 years, but has recently been seen as Rona in Sine Timore’s production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and Sandra Bloom in MCT’s Big Fish. She is a teacher living in Flourtown with her husband and two kids.
