You’ve heard of the Tony Award for Best Book of a Musical – how about the best MUSICAL of a BOOK?
From Books to Broadway will feature songs from shows based on works of literature. You’re sure to be delighted and maybe even surprised to hear tunes from a wide variety of time periods and styles.
It’s the perfect theme to perform in a LIBRARY – and the Shanis Auditorium at the Upper Dublin Library is a fantastic location!

CAROLINE ALBA is excited to be singing in another cabaret at ETC! Most recently, she played Gabrielle in Rodgers &Hammerstein’s Cinderella at Town & Country Players, Hope Cladwell in ETC’s Urinetown, and Florinda in Into the Woods at Narberth Community Theater. This November, she will be playing Ilona Ritter in She Loves Me at Burlington County Footlighters. Caroline would like to thank her friends who she loves from the bottom of her heart and her favorite person in the world, Zach, for always supporting her at every performance.

ISABEL LOWNEY BROUHARD got her start putting on shows for her family in the living room and has been singing and dancing ever since. You can also find Isabel advancing the mission of public media through her role in philanthropy at WHYY. Isabel is grateful to her husband and two kids for the daily joy and inspiration they bring.

LINDSAY CLARKE has been performing since she was a little girl, with a love for singing that began before she could even talk. Over the years, she has brought a variety of characters to life, including Wednesday Addams (The Addams Family), Deloris Van Cartier (Sister Act), Emily Hobbs (Elf JR.), and Marcy (Dogfight). Most recently this year, she appeared in ETC’s It Takes Two Cabaret and Murder at the Fang-Tastic Fundraiser as Carrie Oakey, and Betty Blast/Eleanor Dunbar in Footloose at Newtown Arts Company. After earning her B.A. in Design and Technical Theater and her B.S.B.A. in Management and Leadership from Rider University, Lindsay is thrilled to return to the stage. She is excited to perform once again with Everybody’s Theater Company and to share her passion for theater with this wonderful community.

AMANDA CUTALO is thrilled to perform in her second cabaret with ETC. Recent theatre credits include Blanche Barrow in Bonnie and Clyde, Judy Haynes in White Christmas, and Emma Carew in Jekyll and Hyde (Newtown Arts Company). Amanda is also a published playwright whose plays – Nice Girl and Typecast – have been performed internationally. Sending so much gratitude to to her husband, Joe, her son, Jonathan, and her family and friends for their boundless love and support!

JOSEPH CUTALO is thrilled to be performing in his second cabaret with ETC. Previous roles include Rev. Moore (Footloose), Buck Barrow (Bonnie and Clyde), Jekyll/Hyde (Jekyll and Hyde), Glen Gulia (The Wedding Singer), Tommy Albright (Brigadoon), and Rapunzel’s Prince (Into the Woods). As always, he would like to thank to his family and friends for their support. He sends a special thank you to his amazingly-talented talented wife, Amanda, for her unending encouragement and partnership and his equally-talented son, Jonathan, for his love and patience in putting up with all the singing at home!

MARISSA DIPILLA is absolutely ecstatic to make her debut with ETC! She currently serves as Vice President and Volunteer/Front of House Manager for Bridge Players Theatre Company in Burlington, NJ. She also represents the group as an NJACT Perry Reviewer. Favorite past roles include Sarah Brown in Guys & Dolls (twice!), Luisa in The Fantasticks, and Hero in Much Ado About Nothing. She wishes many broken legs to the cast and crew, and love to her very supportive family, friends, and pup!

SAMUEL EMMANUEL is a lifelong performer who is passionate about music, theatre, and languages. Some of his prior credits include: Man of La Mancha (Padre), Susannah (Elder Ott), Fiddler on the Roof (Perchik), Crumbs from the Table of Joy (Godfrey Crump), Macbeth (Macduff), She Kills Monsters (Orcus/Ronnie), Rent (Mr. Jefferson/Collins u/s), Hairspray (Seaweed), and Aida (Amonasro). Samuel received dual degrees in Communication Arts and French, as well as a minor in Theatre, from Susquehanna University. He would like to thank Jesus, his family and his friends for their love and continued support.

LINDA FRANCO has been singing her whole life – from church choirs, to school choirs and musicals all the way through college. Finding the Liberty Belles chorus eight years ago kept her passion going and growing. From singing in multiple quartets, four part harmony has greatly enriched her life.

SHANE GARDNER started doing Theatre in 5th Grade with Ms. Thompson when she needed a young actor for Bye, Bye, Birdie! From there, he has acted and sung whenever he can in shows and cabarets alike!

JENNIFER PAM GOLDBERG has been singing and acting for the past 17 years in community theater. She performs with the Willow Manor players, Town And Country, and ETC. Her favorite roles with ETC have been Frau Blucher in Young Frankenstein and Alice Beineke in The Addams Family. She would like to thank her mom and dad for sharing their love of the theater with her!

SOPHIE GUSTAFSON is excited to return for her third show with Everybody’s Theater Company. Growing up in a musical family, she developed a passion for theater early on, performing in various productions at Upper Dublin High School and Temple University’s Broadway on Broad. Currently, she performs as a background vocalist for her sister, Sadie Gust, while also working on film acting projects. She is thrilled to share the stage with her incredible duet partner, Shane Gardner, and looks forward to the amazing performances of the cabaret cast!

In 2014, empty nester and classically-trained singer GEORGETTE HAMATY dove headfirst into a new venture: improv and scene study classes (Act 2 Playhouse and MALT) and musical theater and cabaret classes (Walnut Street Theater). In 2017, Georgette summoned the courage to audition for her first musical, ETC’s Young Frankenstein (thank you Debbie). Performances include over 20 cabarets, Sister Mary Theresa and Sister Mary Lazarus in Sister Act (Players Club of Swarthmore & Willow Manor Players ); Princess Badroulbadour, Disenchanted (PCS); Bellomy, The Fantasticks (Old Academy); and two Julie Zaffarano plays (ETC). Big thanks to the ETC board, Valentina, and this wonderful cast. Love to Alex and George.

LISA HUTTON is marking her first performance with ETC. Lisa has performed with both Willow Manor Players and Jenkintown Music Theater. She recently joined the board of Willow Manor Players and is looking forward to being involved with theater behind the scenes. Lisa’s “day job” is working as a pediatrician at Abington Pediatric Associates. This past August marked 33 years at the practice! Lisa and her husband (her duet partner) live in Jenkintown. They are the parents of two grown daughters and two senior rescue dogs.

SUSAN ILENE JOHNSON is delighted to make her first appearance in an Everybody’s Theatre Company production. A Philadelphia native who spent many years in California, Susan is an award-winning comedienne, actress and writer who appeared in the film Nine Months with Hugh Grant and Robin Williams, and guest-starred in episodes of TV’s Seinfeld, Mad About You, 3rd Rock from the Sun, Nash Bridges, and many others. She played the Nurse in the Los Angeles Theater Center’s production of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, and was a member of San Francisco’s renowned musical theatre company, 42nd Street Moon. A stand-up comic and political song parodist, Susan was a finalist in the Tropicana’s Comedy Showdown in Atlantic City. She earned a B.A. in theatre from Muhlenberg College and was an acting intern and understudy at the Walnut Street Theatre. Susan is an Upper Dublin resident and currently serves as Associate Vice President of Transformative Philanthropy and Campaign Communications for City of Hope.
VERONICA LAUER started singing in school choirs, and discovered the barbershop style when she joined the Liberty Belles Barbershop Chorus in 2017. She fell in love with the 4 part harmonies and ringing chords. Veronica enjoys traveling with the chorus as they compete.

SARAH LEAKEY has been a part of Everybody’s Theater Company since 2016 and is an alumni of Upper Dublin High School. Sarah serves as Vice President on the ETC board. She loves to perform at other theaters in the area as well as helping in multiple productions for ETC throughout the year. When she is not doing theater, she loves photography and works as a works as an Emotional Support teacher assistant for the Bucks County Intermediate Unit.

CLARA PRITCHETT is excited to make her debut with ETC in From Books to Broadway. You can see Clara in SALT’s upcoming production of Anastasia.Her previous credits include Ragtime (Featured Dancer), Sweeney Todd (Johanna), A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder (Dance Captain), and Ragtime (Sarah). Outside of performing, Clara serves as Executive Director at the Body Empowerment Project and is a proud dog mom to Dragon, her lovable pitbull. She would like to thank her loving partner for all their support and her amazing friend Caroline for introducing her to ETC!

ANDREW RIFKIN is excited to be performing again with ETC! He is thankful for the warm welcome from the producers and creative team. Active in community theater, favorite past roles include Prince Eric (Little Mermaid), Lord Farquaad (Shrek), and Mr. Banks (Mary Poppins). He also sings tenor with a barbershop quartet affiliated with the North Penn Harmony. By day, Andrew works as a Financial Advisor for Wells Fargo in Philadelphia. He especially wants to thank Nikki, Bailey, and Jacob for their constant love and support at home.

NIKKI RIFKIN is thrilled to be performing again with ETC after a long break! She is singing with her quartet, Notable, and has been part of the larger ensemble, The Liberty Belles, for the past 7 years. Thank you to Andrew, Bailey and Jacob for their never-ending support!

BECCA SHELOR is a lifelong theatre kid who’s been performing – in one way or another – for time out of mind. Favorite roles to date have been Olive Ostrovsky in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and Mrs. Cratchit in A Christmas Carol. Love to Mom for indulging the theatrics and Thomasin for grounding them.

ANDREW SHEPARD is excited to be doing his third cabaret with Everybody’s Theatre Company, and is delighted to be singing “Time” from one of his favorite musicals: Tuck Everlasting. He was last seen playing Prince Oliver/Edgar in Between The Lines at Forge Theatre, and next month, Andrew will be appearing in Little Women at Colonial Playhouse as Laurie Lawrence. He has been living just outside of Philadelphia since 2018, and has been performing all over the area. He hopes you will enjoy the show!

JOSHUA STEIN is thrilled to be back with ETC , having previously appeared in Freaky Friday as Mike. Locally, Joshua has also appeared in Willy Wonka (Wonka), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Pharaoh), Disney’s Beauty & the Beast (Cogsworth) and Bye, Bye, Birdie! (Albert) and is excited to appear as Bill Sikes in Willow Manor Players’ upcoming production of Oliver!

BILL STEINER is thrilled to be part of this Cabaret, and to be singing alongside his incredibly talented wife, Melissa! He previously performed with ETC in Lux Radio Theatre’s Miracle on 34th Street, It Takes 2 Cabaret, and Murder at the Fang-Tastic Fundraiser. When not performing, Bill is a Systems Engineer in the defense industry. He is grateful for the encouragement and support from Melissa as well as his sons Jacob and Aaron and daughter Marley.

MELISSA STEINER is excited to be back performing with ETC in their From Books to Broadway cabaret. Favorite roles include Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, the Fairy Godmother in Descendants: the Musical, Babette in Beauty and the Beast, Danielle in Freaky Friday and Mrs. McAfee in Bye, Bye, Birdie! When not performing, Missy runs the accounting department for a manufacturing company in Montgomeryville.

BECKY TOLL has been a proud part of ETC since its inception, witnessing the company grow from the ground up! You may have previously seen her featured in several of ETC’s popular yearly cabarets. She also has taken the stage in mainstage musical productions, including Urinetown and The Addams Family. Off-stage, Becky enjoys spoiling her dog, Bagel. She is thrilled to be back on the ETC stage!

TAMMY TUCKEY is glad to be back for another fun ETC cabaret! She was recently seen as the Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Laymen Playmen) & Betty Haynes in White Christmas (Newtown Arts). She also recently directed her first production, Pride & Prejudice, for Newtown Arts. Check out her podcast & albums (Glowing in Timeless Places & You’ll Find Me on Main Street). DOMINIC VITALE is very excited to be performing with Everybody’s Theater Company’s ! He has participated in numerous shows in high school and college, but his favorites were The Music Man and Oklahoma! Dominic earned his Bachelor of Music from West Chester University, and teaches chorus and music at Sandy Run Middle School. When he isn’t teaching, Dominic enjoys camping, cooking, and spending time with his pets.

MONICA WALSH started singing at a young age, surrounded by a family of musicians. She joined the Liberty Belles in 2010 and has enjoyed singing, competing, and meeting the amazing people that are a part of this singing group. By profession, Dr. Walsh is a Montessori teacher and college professor.

ELLIE WEINER got her start in middle school when she participated in Jr. shows like High School Musical, Matilda, and Shrek. Ellie is now a Junior and continues to participate in school and community theatre. Her credits include Spamalot, Young Frankenstein, and Damn Yankees.

EILEEN WILEY is thrilled to participate ETC’s From Books to Broadway. She was most recently seen in Murder at the Fang-Tastic Fundraiser as Dinah, and at Spotlight Theater in Nunsense as Reverend Mother.

ANATASIA WILLIAMS is so excited to be a part of ETC’s From Books to Broadway Cabaret! She is a junior at Central Bucks South and is currently in rehearsals there for The Complete Works of William Shakespeare: Abridged. She is also involved with her school’s choir and a capella group. Earlier this year, she performed in ETC’s Youth Showcase.

LINDSAY ZIMMERMAN is an elementary school teacher living and working in Flourtown. She likes being outdoors and onstage. She is perpetually tired. Someone please buy her coffee.

VALENTINA RAFFAELLI is an award winning singer-songwriter, voice teacher, and music director. Valentina holds a BA in vocal performance from University of the Arts and a masters degree in vocal pedagogy from Westminster Choir College. Some of her latest highlights include winning the Homey Award for Best Female Solo Artist under the stage name of Valentina Sounds, being in the cast of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels at Spotlight Theatre, and, of course, music directing this incredible group of singers for the ETC cabaret. She wants to thank the whole ETC production team for inviting her to be part of this project.
