Charlie & Friends Cabaret

Everybody’s Theater Company presents a cabaret featuring the Broadway favorites of pianist and musical director Charlie de Mets. A group of talented performers will be singing their hearts out! 

CAST

 

ROBYNNE GRAFFAM is a teacher and writer who has been performing with ETC in its various incarnations since 2000, appearing in Guys and Dolls, Fiddler on the Roof, Anything Goes, cabarets and evenings of one-acts, and even one memorable performance as half of a very unlikely pair of twins! She’s delighted to be back on stage with her ETC friends.

GEORGETTE HAMATY was most recently seen on ETC’s stage as Marilyn in Julie Zaffarano’s Kentucky Lemonade and in last month’s Miscast Cabaret. Georgette’s first ETC show was Young Frankenstein. In area community theaters, she’s played Princess Badroulbador in Disenchanted; Bellomy in The Fantasticks; and Sister Mary Theresa in Sister Act and is an active cabaret performer. When not having a blast on stage, Georgette can be found happily working at WHYY. Georgette is deeply appreciative of the loving support of her husband George, daughter Alex, and dog Finn.

EMMA HEARN, originally from Lower Gwynedd, pursued a BFA in Musical Theatre at Texas State University and has worked as a professional actor across the country. Most notably, she was in the Broadway National Tour of Cats and in the Original Broadway Cast of Diana: The Musical, where she understudied Princess Diana. Most recently, Emma teaches Performing Arts in the Middle and Upper School at her alma mater, Germantown Academy.

SAMMI KUHL is an actor, singer, dancer, cooking show and podcast host, improviser, director and choreographer. She spent several years pursuing her acting career in regional theatre after graduating from Upper Dublin High School and Point Park University with a Musical Theatre BFA, and minor in Jazz dance. Sammi has performed with The Muny, Bristol Riverside Theatre, The Media Theatre, Greater Ocean City Theatre Company, and Theatre Horizon. After moving to New York in 2012, Sammi began writing and performing cabarets and several original one woman shows around the city while working in hospitality. Sammi as a dining room manager at Fitler Club in Center City and as a teaching artist with Wolf Performing Arts Center in Bryn Mawr where she directed and choreographed Matilda the Musical. Other choreography credits include Something Rotten (The Dramateurs at The Barn and Willow Manor Players), Carousel (Villanova Student Musical Theatre), Singin’ in the Rain Jr. and Addams Family Jr. (WolfPAC). Sammi is thrilled to be back home giving back to the communities that gave her so much!

SARAH LEAKEY has been a part of Everybody’s Theater Company since 2016 and is an alumni of UDHS. Sarah serves as Vice President on the ETC board. She loves to perform at other theaters in the area, as well as helping in multiple productions for ETC throughout the year. When she is not doing theater in her free time she loves photography and works as a preschool teacher for KinderCare in Hatboro!

JUDY THALHEIMER is thrilled to be appearing in ETC productions for a 9th season! In addition to
singing in the annual cabarets, she has had a blast in comedies, dramas, and murder mysteries. Her favorite ETC roles include three pieces by Julie Zaffarano: Audrey in Kentucky Lemonade, May Day in Murder at Sin City Rest Home, and Maryanne in Turkey Baby, as well as Heidi Heine in Murder at the Bingo Hall. She would like to thank Debbie and David for getting her back into singing and her husband, Jeff, for encouraging her to do what she loves.

ANASTASIA WEGGEL has had a passion for theater since her first show South Pacific in 2011 with Jenkintown Music Theater. Since then Ana has expanded her work throughout high school and in four ETC productions including Young Frankenstein, Sweeney Todd, Freaky Friday, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She is so happy to be back on stage with such a talented group!
